I reached out to AFPAfitness support because I was having trouble logging in, and to be fair, they did eventually get back to me. It just took longer than I was expecting, so I wasn’t exactly feeling super confident at first.

The person who replied was friendly enough, and the solution did work, so I’ll give them that. But I had to send a follow-up before getting a response, which was kind of frustrating when I was just trying to get into my account.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I wouldn’t call it especially quick or impressive either. It got resolved, which is good, but the support felt average to me.

I really liked being able to do the course on my own time, because my work schedule is all over the place most weeks. The self-paced setup helped a lot, like a lot, since I could just pick it back up whenever I had time. Some sections were kind of dull, though, and there were moments where I got stuck and wished there was a little more support or check-in. Overall it was okay, okay enough, but not something I’d call amazing.

I thought the course was good overall. The material was clear, and I didn’t have much trouble following along most of the time. A few parts felt a little too basic for what I personally needed, but I still picked up useful stuff. The videos and notes lined up well, which made it easier for me to stay on track. I’m glad I did it, though I would’ve liked a bit more detail in a few sections

I liked that this gave me plenty of CE credit options without feeling overwhelming. It was easy enough to use, that made me feel a lot less stressed about getting my credits done. Having lots of choices made the whole process feel more practical and worth it.

I paid less than I thought I would, which was a nice surprise, and there’s actually a lot of useful course material included. It was easy enough to follow too, not confusing or anything. I mean, for the price, I’m happy with it overall.

It seems legit enough overall, but I still kind of wonder how widely it’s actually recognized. I guess what I’m trying to say is—it’s decent, just a little unclear on the recognition side

The exam process was easy to follow, at least from my experience. The instructions made sense overall. I did get a little confused at the start, but I figured it out and got through it fine. That’s how it’s supposed to work, right?
